How to Request a Correction
Contact our editorial team via the Contact page with: the agency name and profile URL, the specific information that needs updating, and supporting evidence from a public source.
What Evidence Is Accepted
We accept evidence from: official company websites, LinkedIn company pages, Crunchbase, published press releases, third-party directory profiles (Clutch, G2, etc.), public case studies, and official social media profiles.
Claims that cannot be verified through public sources will be labeled as "self-reported" on the profile.
Review Timeline
Basic corrections (website URL, location, contact info): 1-3 business days. Standard updates (services, team size, specializations): 5-10 business days. Complex changes (descriptions, category reclassification): 10-15 business days.
